HeyMaterials publishes wall panel sourcing information and provides channels for samples, specifications, project discussions and quotations. Website content is general information, not a binding offer, construction approval or substitute for project-specific professional advice.

Product information and suitability

Colours, textures and dimensions shown on screens may differ from physical samples. Performance, exterior-use limits, fire or other test reports, installation requirements, lead times and availability apply only to the named series and confirmed order. You must approve physical samples and verify that the selected system meets the project's substrate, climate, code and installation requirements.

We do not represent a test report, certificate or installation result for one series as covering another colour, backing, thickness, production lot or product family.

Samples, quotations and orders

Sample requests and website inquiries are subject to confirmation. Quotations may specify validity periods, minimum quantities, exclusions, shipping terms, payment terms and project assumptions. An order is formed only when the applicable commercial documents are accepted by the authorised parties. Those documents take priority over these website terms if they conflict.
