Who We Are

HeyMaterials is a supply partner for architectural wall panels and surface materials, based in China and serving buyers worldwide. We are not a factory. Instead of asking you to qualify and manage many separate manufacturers, we act as your single point of contact across multiple material families — flexible stone, MCM, PU stone, WPC, acoustic, and PVC wall panels — sourced from vetted production lines and delivered under one coordinated process.

Our customers are importers, distributors, contractors, and project buyers who need dependable decorative materials in commercial quantities, without the overhead of managing supplier relationships in another language and time zone.

What We Do

• Multi-material sourcing — one inquiry can cover several panel types. We match your specification to suitable production lines and quote them side by side.
• Sample confirmation — every order starts from physical samples. Nothing goes into production until you have approved the material in hand.
• Batch quality control — production batches are checked against your approved sample before shipment, with inspection photos shared for your review.
• Custom options — colors, textures, sizes, packaging, and private-label programs, confirmed for feasibility before we quote.
• Export consolidation — multiple materials combined into one shipment with one set of export documentation, instead of fragmented part-shipments from separate factories.

Where We Draw the Line

We focus on decorative and architectural wall panels and surface materials. We do not supply structural systems, sandwich panels, or cleanroom systems, and we will say so plainly if your requirement falls outside our scope. Likewise, if a material you ask about is not a good fit for your climate, application, or budget, we will tell you and suggest an alternative — a recommendation you cannot use is not worth making.
