Concrete-Look Flexible Stone

Choosing between cast marks, board-like lines and earth bands requires more than a colour sample. Review five concrete and rammed-earth MCM products together, then coordinate sheet direction, joint positions and the intended interior lighting before approval.

Two published products carry the concrete-look finish. Sheet size, thickness and weight are set per SKU, so confirm them for the product you select rather than reading one figure across the range.

• Cast Concrete (FS-AT-11): 1220 × 2930 mm sheet, 2.5–3.5 mm thickness, approx. 17 kg per sheet, natural cement grey.
• Wood Cement Panel (FS-AT-20): 1200 × 3300 mm sheet, 2.5–3.5 mm thickness, approx. 18 kg per sheet, natural cement grey.
• Reference wood-crate packing for the base format is 70 sheets / 250.2 m² for Cast Concrete and 70 sheets / 277.2 m² for Wood Cement Panel. Final packing is confirmed with the order.
• Other colours and selected formats can be customized, subject to sample and production confirmation.
• Both are flexible decorative panels. The Architectural Texture Series can bend, but the permitted bend radius must be confirmed for the selected texture and format.
• 4 × 8 ft-class formats are available only for selected Architectural Texture products. Ask for the exact SKU and format before you plan a wall layout around them.

Specify concrete-look MCM as decorative wall cladding only.

• Fits: interior feature walls in retail, workplace, restaurant and café interiors, plus hospitality and other approved project applications.
• Fits: renovation concepts where the substrate is sound, flat and prepared, and the adhesive system is confirmed for the project.
• Does not fit: floors, worktops or structural use.
• Does not fit: inside a firebox or anywhere exposed to flame.
• Not assumed: shower enclosures. This page does not position the finish for bathrooms or wet areas.
• Conditional: exterior walls. Suitability is confirmed for the selected finish and the project assembly, and fire, water and freeze-thaw performance need current product-specific reports. HeyMaterials makes no category-wide fireproof, waterproof or freeze-thaw claim.

Concrete greys can read differently under project lighting and next to adjacent materials, so approve colour from a physical sample rather than a screen image. Sample boxes ship by courier once the contents, delivery address and shipping option are confirmed.

• Each production batch is inspected against the approved sample before packing. Bulk orders can ship by courier, air or sea freight.
