Installed flexible stone finish with project-specific documentation

No Universal Category Warranty

Warranty coverage is not inferred from the words “flexible stone” or “MCM.” Terms can differ by product series, supplier agreement, installation system, application, destination and commercial order. HeyMaterials only presents a warranty period or remedy when it is included in the written quotation, order confirmation or product-specific terms.

This page keeps the original /warranty URL available while replacing the earlier blanket ten-year statement. It is an explanation of the confirmation process, not a standalone promise of coverage.

What to Confirm Before Ordering

  • The exact product code, finish, format and production reference;
  • The intended substrate, primer, adhesive, joints, edges and any sealer;
  • Interior, wet, exterior or other environmental limits for the named series;
  • Available technical data sheets, installation guidance and relevant test reports;
  • The warranty period, covered defect definition, exclusions and remedy, if offered;
  • The entity issuing the warranty and the procedure for notification.

Why the Complete Assembly Matters

Flexible stone is a decorative cladding within a wall assembly. A panel result does not by itself approve the substrate, adhesive, moisture condition, movement joints, fire performance or exterior exposure. Product documents must be read together with adhesive guidance, site conditions and the project team's local compliance review.

If You Need to Report an Issue

Send the order reference, product code, delivery and installation dates, quantity affected, photographs and the known substrate, adhesive, joint and exposure information. We will compare the report with the commercial terms and documents attached to that order and advise the next review step.
