How We Work

From drawings and BOQ to delivered materials: how HeyMaterials reviews project requirements, proposes materials, manages samples, production, quality control and international delivery.

One Supply Scope, One Point of Responsibility

HeyMaterials supplies architectural and decorative materials directly to contractors, developers, designers and project procurement teams. You send the project information — drawings, BOQ, specifications or reference images — and we turn the design intent into materials ready for production and delivery. We quote, contract and take commercial responsibility for what we supply; production is organized across our manufacturing network under our quality control.

The Project Flow

  1. Send your project — drawings, BOQ, specifications or reference images.
  2. Project review — we assess scope, materials, quantities and timing.
  3. Material proposal — options that match the design intent, budget and environment.
  4. Samples and mock-up — physical samples approved before anything is produced.
  5. Quotation and specification confirmation — scope, specs and terms in writing.
  6. Contract and deposit — commercial terms agreed with HeyMaterials directly.
  7. Production and quality control — pre-production confirmation, in-process checks and pre-dispatch inspection against approved samples.
  8. Packing and delivery — export packing, project labelling and shipment to your destination.

What We Need From You

The more complete the project information, the faster and more accurate the proposal: project type and location, stage, target materials or reference images, estimated quantities, target delivery date, and any required standards. Drawings and BOQs are reviewed as received — send what you have.

Design Responsibility

HeyMaterials provides material-related design and technical support. Final architectural, structural, fire-safety and local code compliance must be reviewed and approved by the client's qualified consultants and relevant authorities.
