Separate the quantity for each finish
Send the net wall area for each finish, then confirm the order quantity after reviewing the sheet layout. Keep cutting allowance and spare sheets separate from net area so suppliers quote the same quantities.
Formula: rectangular wall area = width × height. Assume a wall without openings: 6 m × 3 m = 18 m²; finish A: 12 m² and finish B: 6 m². Total: 18 m² before cutting allowance or spares. Deduct measured openings where present; do not assume a fixed waste percentage.
Review sizes and thickness for the selected product; confirm format, thickness and sheets per pack with the quote.
Compare material, delivered and installed costs
Compare flexible stone quotes on the same delivery basis. Record currency, pricing unit, quantity, inclusions and quote validity before ranking prices. If an Incoterms rule is used, record the agreed rule, edition and named place.

Budget formula: total wall cost = material + packing + logistics and import costs + site preparation and installation + spare and care allowances. Add only items not already included elsewhere. Obtain actual amounts from the supplier, freight agent and installer; this guide sets no rates or savings percentages.
Comparison rule: if any finish, quantity or delivery scope differs, request a revised quote before comparing totals. For exterior use, confirm project approval of the wall system before committing the budget.
