What Is Flexible Stone?
Flexible stone is a sliced natural-stone face (typically 1–3 mm) bonded to a fibre or polymer backing so the sheet can wrap columns, arches and furniture. You specify it when you want a mineral surface without slab weight or wet masonry.
It is not a printed film. It is not the small moulded “soft stone” tiles sold on many B2C shops (those are usually mineral powder + polymer). If you want that tile family, say so — it is a different SKU.
What it is made of
- Face: sliced travertine, slate, sandstone, limestone, or a mineral concrete-look
- Backing: a flexible composite so the sheet can take a bend
- Sealer: confirmed per series; sheen is part of the sample, not an afterthought

What it does well
- Interior feature walls and joinery skins at close viewing distance
- Column and curve wraps within the bend radius of that thickness
- A mineral hand that printed boards will not pass at 300 mm
The travertine, slate and sandstone collections show looks that can also be made in other cores. Flexible stone is the thin mineral path.
What it does not do
- Deep stacked-stone relief (that is usually PU stone)
- A documented mineral facade system (start with MCM)
- Blanket “indoor/outdoor” — exterior use is series, sealer and climate specific
How it compares
